Platform purpose

Chatbest is an online earning platform for eligible chatting, Swahili and supported local-language teaching, and hotel-review assignments. Completing an activity does not automatically create a wage until the work meets approval conditions in the published payment policy.

Accounts and verification

Provide accurate registration information. Do not share passwords, PINs, or verification codes. Chatbest may suspend accounts that violate community rules, submit fake reviews, harass others, or attempt fraud.

Assignments and approval

Each assignment may have its own duration, quality standard, deadline, and payment rate. Chatbest may reject or return work that is incomplete, copied, dishonest, or outside the brief. Hotel reviews must not be fabricated.

No earnings warranty

Content is provided to explain how Chatbest works. We do not warrant a minimum number of assignments, student bookings, hotel visits, or a specific income. Country availability may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chatbest to promote scams, fake reviews, or deceptive earnings claims. Do not demand money from hotels for ratings. Do not scrape the site in a way that disrupts service.

Intellectual property

Chatbest original writing and design remain Chatbest’s. Photography is used under the Unsplash License. Member submissions may be reviewed under the privacy policy.

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. The date above will change when they do.
